Work that works judged by our Director of Strategy, Jennifer Urich

“Is it an idea that worked?” That’s the preeminent judging criteria for the the Effie Awards, an industry standard when it comes to measuring work that works. And there’s no one better, in our humble opinion, to help weigh in on that than our very own Director of Strategy, Jennifer Urich. So it’s no surprise she was selected to help judge this year’s Effie Awards in the final round of the Positive Change category (kind of our thing, if you think about it). Jen helps us hone in on the insights that make our own work work and we’re excited to see what campaigns she and the panel selects as winners.

Jen’s 35-year career spans industries, countries, and cultures, from Bain + Company to US Peace Corps/Philippines, and from Cummins Engine to J. Walter Thompson/Mexico and Crispin Porter Bogusky. She has helped grow Fortune 100 companies, nurtured micro-enterprises in the developing world, launched the truth anti-smoking campaign, and revolutionized social marketing, winning awards and admiration along the way.
